Adolescent Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group
Ages: 12-18 years old
Our Adolescent DBT Skills Group is a cornerstone of our therapeutic services, offering a supportive and educational environment where teens learn and practice the core DBT skills: Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance and Walking the Middle Path.
Through a combination of didactic teaching and experiential activities, group members gain a deep understanding of these skills, applying them to everyday situations to improve their quality of life and relationships. Our program also includes process time, allowing participants to discuss real-life experiences and receive feedback in a supportive group setting.
